Founded in the year of 1936 by Ivan Peter Talijancich, Talley’s Group Ltd is an Aotearoa New Zealand enterprise that sells an assortment of dairy, vegetable and seafood products. The 100 percent Aotearoa New Zealand operated and owned company is made up of 3 separate separate divisions, the seafood, vegetable and dairy divisions.
The original fishing ship that the organization Talleys bought was the Janie Seddon, among the two submarine minelaying ships brought to New Zealand from England in the year of 1903. The craft was employed as an examination ship in the second world war, and Talleys then bought the ship in 1936.
